I do not want the offer that I selected. What are my options?

All Dining Advantage vouchers are valid for use at the time that they are listed on our website. There are situations in which an individual might have second thoughts about their ability to use an offer. If an offer has been acquired and you wish to use that credit on a different voucher, we may be able to help.

We can restore the credit utilized to obtain the offer within 30 days of the transaction if the voucher has not been redeemed via print or mobile redemption. This ability does depend upon the credit used being within its valid period. If the code that was used to obtain the voucher has expired, it would not be feasible to restore credit since the user would be unable to complete additional transactions.
