- The requested e-book title was not found.
Submit a ticket so that they can investigate the issue.
- The requested e-book is currently not available for download or has not been released for general distribution.
Some e-books are offered for sale by retailers in advance of the release date. (“pre-order”). In this case, please try downloading again on or after the release date. If you do not know the release date, please contact us.
- The requested e-book title cannot be downloaded at this time due to difficulty in communicating with the retail site. Please try again later.

This is most often caused by the problem with your Internet connection or browser. Please contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or check your browser to make sure it is working properly.
License Error (Server communication problem: E_ADEPT_IO)
This is a generic error caused by your firewall blocking the port and not allowing Adobe Digital Editions to download. If you receive this error message while trying open an e-book with Adobe Digital Editions, check your firewall settings to make sure the standard port 80 is open.
